I can tell my hair is stronger and and my skin looks more plump after taking the collagen complex gummies for a couple of weeks. As a sports person I have always been taking supplements that would improve my performance and energy. This supplement is BY FAR the best for athletes, even though it is aimed to improve not just energy but brain health also. Important to note that my mental state have gotten clearer and I do not feel that brain fog when waking up. Recommend!
